These terms apply to every purchase and use of nobeliaco.com. By completing a purchase you accept them, so please read them first.
Who we are
Nobelia&co is operated by [LLC legal name], a limited liability company organised in [State of formation], with its address at [Registered address]. You can reach us at support@nobeliaco.com.
What we offer
Nobelia&co sells digital wedding invitations: a web page for your wedding, published at its own address, together with a private dashboard where you edit the details and see your guests' replies. What each plan and add-on includes is described on the site at the moment of purchase.
You must be at least 18 years old to buy.
Price and payment
Prices are shown on the site before you pay and are a one-time payment, not a subscription. Any discount is shown next to the price. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.
Delivery
As soon as your payment is confirmed you receive a private link by email that opens your dashboard. From there you add your details and publish when you are ready.
The Prestige plan is designed by hand. We deliver it within the time shown when you order it (up to two weeks, or faster with Express delivery).
Your invitation and your content
You are responsible for everything you add to your invitation — texts, names, photos, music and links — and for having the right to use it. You keep all rights to your content. You give us permission to store, adapt and display it only to provide the service.
You may not use Nobelia&co for anything illegal, offensive or that infringes other people's rights. We may remove content or suspend an invitation that breaks this rule.
Your invitation's web address is fixed when you first publish it and cannot be changed afterwards. You can keep editing and republishing the content.
No refunds
Because you get access to your invitation immediately after paying, all purchases are final and not refundable. When you complete your purchase you ask us to start the service straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once access begins. The details, and the exceptions required by law, are in our refund policy.
Availability
We work to keep the site and your invitation online at all times, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance or improve the service, keeping what you bought.
Our liability
We are liable for providing the service as described. As far as the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your order, and we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you paid.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State of formation], United States. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim before its courts. Before going to court, write to support@nobeliaco.com: most problems are solved with an email.
Language
These terms are available in Spanish, English, Portuguese and German. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
