Your Nobelia&co invitation is a digital service that starts the moment you pay: your private link arrives straight away and you can begin building and publishing. For that reason we do not offer refunds once a purchase is completed, whether or not you have published your invitation.
Your right of withdrawal
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumer law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital content and services supplied immediately, that right ends once supply begins with your consent. When you complete your purchase you ask us to give you access straight away and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal from that moment.
When we will still help
This policy does not affect your legal rights. We will fix the problem or refund you if:
- you were charged more than once for the same order;
- a fault on our side stops the service from working and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time;
- the law of your country requires it in your case.

Write to support@nobeliaco.com with the email address you bought with and a short description of the problem. Please get in touch with us before disputing a charge with your bank — we can usually solve it faster.
Language
This policy is available in Spanish, English, Portuguese and German. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
