Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we handle when you use nobeliaco.com, why we handle it and what you can ask us to do with it. In short: we only use your data to create, deliver and look after your invitation. We never sell it and never use it for advertising.
Who is responsible

What we collect
When you buy and set up an invitation (couples):
- Your email address, which we use to send your private link and your sign-in codes.
- The details you add to your invitation: your names, the date, venues, schedule, story, photos, dress code, accommodation, gift list and anything else you type in.
- Your order: plan, add-ons, amount and payment status. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.
When a guest replies to an invitation:
- The name, attendance answer and any other details the guest chooses to send in the reply form (for example, dietary needs or a message).
When anyone visits the site:
- Basic technical data (browser, device, pages visited) in aggregated form, so we can see how the site is used and keep it secure.
Why we use it
- To provide the service you bought (performance of a contract): building and publishing your invitation, running your private dashboard, showing you your guests' replies and sending you service emails.
- To take payment and keep accounting records (legal obligation).
- To keep the site secure and working, and to improve it (legitimate interest), using aggregated statistics only.
Guests' replies are processed only to deliver them to the couple who sent the invitation. We do not contact guests for anything else.
Who helps us
We use a small number of providers to run the service. Each one only receives what it needs for its task:
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Supabase — database, file storage and sign-in.
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Resend — sending service emails (your private link and codes).
- Anthropic — automatic translation of your invitation's text, only if you use the multi-language option.
- Google Maps Platform — searching and showing venues and nearby hotels.
- pisi.to — aggregated website statistics.
Some of these providers are located in the United States or process data there. Where data leaves the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your invitation and account data while your invitation is active and for as long as you need access to it. You can ask us to delete it at any time. Order and payment records are kept for the period required by tax and accounting law.
Cookies and local storage
We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. The site stores a few small items on your device that it needs to work: your language choice, your display preference and, if you sign in, your session. None of them are shared with third parties.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to send it to you in a portable format. Write to support@nobeliaco.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be announced on the site or by email.
Language
This policy is available in Spanish, English, Portuguese and German. If the versions differ, the Spanish version prevails.
